…that the CSEA/SCEA is a Registered Canadian Charity?
It costs money to keep an organization like CSEA/SCEA alive.
Even with determined approaches to minimize spending, there is the printing and mailing of the Canadian Art Teacher; the presentation of national art education awards; an honourarium paid to our national office secretary; travel expenses for a once-a-year executive meeting; and other, lesser amounts related to the Canadian Review of Art Education, the website, insurance premiums, accounting and government reporting, and occasional special projects.
The money comes from…
…the sale of textbooks, awards sponsorships, memberships, and donations.
As you can see, this list is much shorter than the previous one. Are you willing to support the life and work of the CSEA/SCEA by making a charitable donation? An official income tax receipt will be issued for any and all funds donated to the CSEA/SCEA (whether for general expenses or for a specific project).

Please click on the golden “Donate” button found at the bottom of our home page https://csea-scea.ca/ or e-mail office.csea@gmail.com for further information.
Thank you for supporting the work of the CSEA/SCÉA.

CSEA/SCÉA Director of Fundraising
