CSEA Executive committee nominations open now! Les nominations au comité exécutif du SCÉA sont ouvertes dès maintenant

Dear CSEA/SCÉA members,

The Canadian Society for Education through Art / Société canadienne d’éducation par l’art is holding elections for positions on the Executive for the 2021-22 term.

We invite all current members of the CSEA/SCÉA to consider serving on the executive or nominating a colleague to serve on the executive for the 2021-22 term.  The nomination form is attached to this email.

Both nominee and nominator must be members in good standing of the CSEA/SCÉA.  If you have any questions about the status of your membership, please e-mail Mary-Jane at office.csea@gmail.com.

Each executive member will be responsible for one portfolio, defined in the document “Responsibilities of Members of the CSEA/SCÉA Executive 2021 -2022” (attached). Each Director will establish a sub-committee and will work with that sub-committee to complete the projects and goals listed in the above-named document. The executive meets approximately 4 times per year via Zoom, as well as once per year in an all-day, face-to-face meeting.

All nominations and voting will take place online. All nominations must be received by midnight (Pacific) Saturday, October 30, 2021. Voting will take place online from Monday, November 1 to Friday, November 5, 2021. The results will be announced at our virtual AGM on Sunday, November 14, 2021.

Membres de la CSEA/SCÉA,

La Canadian Society for Education through Art / Société canadienne d’éducation par l’art tient exceptionnellement des élections pour différents postes de son exécutif pour la seule année 2021-2022.

Nous invitons tous les membres actuels de la CSEA/SCÉA à envisager la possibilité de siéger sur l’exécutif ou de soumettre la candidature d’un ou d’une collègue pour la période 2020-2021. Le formulaire de mise en candidature est joint à cet e-mail.

Candidat et proposant doivent être membres en règle de la CSEA/SCÉA. Pour toute question relative à votre statut de membre, veuillez communiquer par courriel avec Mary-Jane à l’adresse office.csea@gmail.com.

Chaque membre de l’exécutif sera responsable d’un portefeuille, tel que défini dans le document “Responsabilités des membres de l’exécutif2021-2022 de la CSEA/SCÉA” joint à cet e-mail. Chaque directeur mettra sur pied un sous-comité et travaillera avec ledit sous-comité au parachèvement des projets et à l’atteinte des objectifs spécifiés dans le document susmentionné. L’exécutif se réunit environ quatre fois par an via Zoom et une fois par an en personne.

Les mises en candidature et le vote se feront en ligne. Toutes les candidatures doivent être reçues avant minuit (heure du Pacifique), le 30 octobre 2021. Le vote aura lieu en ligne du 1 novembre au 5 novembre 2021. Les résultats seront annoncés au 14 novembre 2021.
